Terms of service

These terms apply to consumer purchases of LidoLife Essentials at lidolife.se. Our Outdoor Collection is not yet available to order.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. Your order total, including any delivery charges, is shown before you complete your purchase. Check the products, sizes, quantities and delivery details before placing your order.

Payment methods available for your purchase are shown at checkout. Where Klarna is offered, its payment terms apply to the selected payment service. Your statutory rights against LidoLife remain unaffected.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Contact us promptly if anything appears incorrect. The terms agreed when you purchase apply to that order; later changes do not alter an existing purchase.

3. Delivery and shipping

Our online checkout currently serves Sweden. For delivery outside Sweden, please contact us before ordering to discuss availability, delivery costs and timing.

LidoLife Essentials: delivery within Sweden is free. Essentials are produced through Printful. Production and shipping times vary by product; use the delivery estimate shown for your item before purchase.

If an order contains products with different delivery times, they may arrive separately. Any delivery charges must be shown before purchase. We remain responsible for the goods until you receive them.

If delivery is delayed, contact us at ciao@lidolife.se. Your statutory rights to require delivery or, where applicable, cancel a delayed purchase remain in place.

4. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days. The period begins on the day after you receive the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, it begins after you receive the last item.

Notify us before the period expires. You can email ciao@lidolife.se, write to the address above or use the model withdrawal form below.

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw and identify the purchase, for example with your name, order number and the items concerned. Using the form is optional. A return authorisation is not a condition for exercising your statutory right.

Ordinary Essentials, including swimwear, retain this right. Production after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove your right of withdrawal.

5. Returning your items

Send or hand back the goods without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of withdrawal. Returns go to:

You pay the direct cost of return shipping when withdrawing from a purchase.

Please pack items securely and keep proof of dispatch.

You may examine the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a lawful deduction for diminished value. Try swimwear over underwear and avoid swimming, washing or other use if you intend to return it. Missing original packaging does not automatically remove your withdrawal right.

6. Refunds

We refund without unnecessary delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

If you withdraw from the entire order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you selected is not refundable. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee.

7. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered, email ciao@lidolife.se with the order details and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess the problem.

Under Swedish consumer law, you can complain about an original defect for three years after receiving the goods. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect; notification within two months is always timely.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or cancellation. Necessary return costs for a valid complaint are covered by LidoLife. Contact us for return arrangements so you do not need to pay those costs yourself. These rights are separate from the right of withdrawal.

9. Applicable law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint. If we cannot resolve it, you can apply to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, subject to its current eligibility rules: www.arn.se, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden. You may also seek advice from your municipal consumer adviser or pursue your claim in court.

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw. You may instead send another clear statement of withdrawal.
